Tens of Thousands of People Outside Jakarta Flock to Ragunan Zoo

Tens of thousands of people outside Jakarta packed Ragunan Zoo (TMR), South Jakarta on the second day of Eid al-Fitr, Tuesday (5/3).

Based on data, there are 45,000 people who have registered online yesterday for today's visit

Based on beritajakarta.id observation, people from various regions were seen to visit TMR by motorbike, car, and Transjakarta bus from morning to noon.

TMR Management Unit (UP) Head Endah Rumiyati said that by noon, a total of 22,785 visitors who previously registered online had entered the zoo.

Ragunan Zoo Opens from Second Day of Eid

"Until 14:00, tourists will continue to arrive. Based on data, there are 45,000 people who registered online yesterday for today's visit," she mentioned.

Her side deployed 700 TMR UP internal personnel to serve visitors during the Eid holiday.

"We also get assistance from Satpol PP, Police, TNI, PMI, and others to serve the visitors and make sure their safety and comfort when visiting TMR," she conveyed.
